A 1:1 Structural Consultation is a focused 45-minute session built for neurodivergent employees who are done diagnosing themselves and ready to diagnose the fit. We look at the actual variables — schedule architecture, communication infrastructure, expectation clarity, feedback structure, sensory environment, invisible labor — and we build a concrete plan from what we find.
We work from your specific situation — your role, your workplace, your constraints. If you have completed the Structural Sorting Audit, bring your scores and notes. They become our starting point. If you haven't, we begin by mapping the domains together.
Map the structure
We identify which of the seven structural domains are causing the most friction — schedule, communication, clarity, sensory, manager, invisible labor, or accountability.
Name what's actually happening
We build structural language for what you've been experiencing. Not "I struggle with X" — but "the current structure doesn't include Y." That shift changes every conversation that follows.
Build the action plan
We map what's available to you — accommodation requests, negotiation scripts, role redesign options, or exit criteria — and rank them by leverage and feasibility in your specific context.
Structural Action Brief
Within 48 hours of your session, you receive a written one-page document that captures exactly what we found and what comes next. This is what separates the consultation from a conversation — you leave with something you can use.

3-Session Structural Build
$450Three focused sessions that work through the structural domains identified in your Action Brief. Each session addresses one domain — building the accommodation language, the negotiation script, or the exit plan — with a written summary after each one. For people who have a clear picture of what's broken and are ready to actively redesign it.

Includes your 45-minute session and a written Structural Action Brief delivered within 48 hours. A brief intake form is sent after booking so we use the session time well.
